About Shuo
Shuo is an associate in the Life Sciences Group. She is part of the Chemical Practice Group.
Shuo’s practice focuses on all aspects of chemical inventions including assessment of patentability, preparation and prosecution of patent applications worldwide. Her work also involves agreement and licence review, freedom-to-operate analysis, and validity and infringement opinions. Shuo also assists in patent litigation.
She has experience in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, biotechnology, chemical processes, and oil and gas industries. She also assists clients in the application of Certificate of Supplemtal Protection.
Shuo routinely works with clients ranging from start-up companies to multi-national companies, and universities and research institutes.
When not at the office, Shuo enjoys taking long nature walks with her family and their German Shepherd. She loves travelling and exploring new places. As a hobby, Shuo keeps a fountain pen collection.
