About Prudence
Prudence Etkin is an associate with Bereskin & Parr LLP. Her practice focuses on trademarks prosecution, copyright & digital media, licensing, privacy and data protection, intellectual property litigation, marketing and advertising law, in addition to packaging and labelling requirements.
Prudence graduated from the Bachelor of Civil Law/Juris Doctor program at McGill University. She holds a Master of Arts in Religious Studies from Memorial University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Religion and Culture from the University of Winnipeg.
Prior to joining Bereskin & Parr, Prudence was a summer student at a boutique estate litigation firm and worked in product development at an international tech company. During her studies, Prudence volunteered with a number of legal startups. In her final year of law school, she completed a clerkship at the Montreal Municipal Court.
Outside of work, Prudence enjoys travelling, playing the violin, and baking/cooking for family, friends and colleagues. She is in constant pursuit of new restaurants to try and the next best meal.
